Mother’s Day is this weekend! Spring is here and it’s a wonderful time to have a special, Spring inspired brunch. This Mother’s Day Brunch Menu is so simple, delicious, filling, and Paleo-friendly. I hope all the parents and caregivers out there have a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Care-giving to children is one of the most challenging (and rewarding) things I’ve done thus far, but man, we can use a break.
This weekend I feel so blessed to be able to get-away to Holland, MI for the Tulip Festival. We’ve never been there before, but I have images of beautiful tulips lining the town. I can’t wait to go and will be sure to post some pictures of our adventure.
On most weekends, when I’m not running around, I love to be outside gardening or just playing with our kids (including our sweet pup- Nala). This is a simple, easy brunch menu will WOW! your mother, mother-in-law, or any guests really. Most of the menu items you can make the day before: Coconut Chocolate Banana Bread, sliced fresh berries, and Frittata FreeStyle. The only thing you need to make the morning of your brunch is bacon!
This menu will also allow you the time to enjoy your company and hopefully be outside enjoying some lovely Spring weather. We love to have family and friends (and their dogs) over for brunch and spend the afternoon in our backyard sipping on fruit water or mimosa’s watching our dogs and kids play. I hope you have a Mother’s Day weekend filled with the sun-shining, beautiful company, and soul-nourishing food.
